How do I upgrade to SÜPAFIT Pro?

Open the app, go to Settings → SÜPAFIT Pro, and choose a monthly or annual plan. Your progress and history carry over instantly — there is nothing to re-enter.

How does SÜPAFIT pick my weights and progression?

Progression is based on what you actually lift. After each session, SÜPAFIT looks at your recent performance and suggests the next weight or rep target, so you keep nudging forward without guessing.

Can SÜPAFIT turn a workout video into a plan?

Yes. Paste a workout link from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube and SÜPAFIT extracts the exercises, sets, and reps into a plan you can follow and track.

Can I import my workout history from other apps?
